Another bright and seasonal day is headed our way. Afternoon highs will top out in the mid 70s. Some will have a splash of rain overnight into early Friday morning.
It'll be breezy today with gusts between 30-40 mph. While most of us will be dry, an impulse will swing across our northeast area and could squeeze out a shower or even a storm.
Scattered showers will stay with us today. As storms develop this afternoon and tonight, a few could be strong to severe. Damaging wind gusts is the main threat, but a tornado can't be ruled out.
