City records indicate that J+R Group LLC, the owner of the eight-story office near the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Main Street, a few blocks from the airport, have filed a proposal to convert a portion of the 173,000-square-foot office building to 76 residential units.
Irvine Co. didn’t find as many new tenants for its roster of offices across the state last year as it did in the year prior, but a bevy of full-building deals and larger leases helped push leasing activity for the landlord ahead of 2021 levels, California’s largest office landlord said.
