신세계그룹이 지분 추가 인수를 통해 스타벅스커피 코리아 최대주주가 됐다.
신세계 이마트(신세계)는 공시를 통해 스타벅스커피 인터내셔널이 보유하고 있던 스타벅스커피 코리아의 지분 50% 중 17.5%를 추가 인수한다고 27일 밝혔다. 이마트가 인수한 지분은 주식 70만주로 취득금액은 약 4,743억원 규모다.
이로써 신세계그룹은 기존 지분 50%를 포함해 총 67.5%의 스타벅스커피 코리아 지분을 보유하게 됐다.
잔여 지분 32.5%는 싱가포르 국부 펀드인 싱가포르 투자청(GIC)이 장기적 투자 관점에서 인수키로 했다.
