A 2018 Jeep Cherokee was eastbound on Kandiyohi County Road 40 when it left the roadway and struck numerous trees and a parked vehicle on Saturday night.
Some of the region’s police and fire departments “took it hour by hour” while others made no preparations for a Sunday storm that was expected to bring high winds and heavy rain through Monday morning.
