The accident happened near the entrance to the port with outages affecting 200 customers along third and 7th street between brush street and San Francisco bay. The crash left wires dangling near b. A. R. T. Tracks so trains are moving slowly through the area. Thats causing tenminute delays. This is the scene from newschopper2. These are live images right now.
