Autistic people are not only more likely to feel lonely but are also more likely to experience it more acutely than non-autistic people according to new research.
UK young peoples’ fiction writer Robin Stevens has been diagnosed as autistic in adulthood, and is currently undergoing assessment for ADHD coming by the realisation after neurodivergent fans got in touch to ask about their favourite characters. Here, she speaks to AuDHD (a term used by those who are both autistic and ADHD) writer Mike McGrath-Bryan about assessment, diagnosis, and connections to her work
