There are freeze warnings posted from texas to alabama and Winter Weather advisories and warnings from georgia to maine. Snow fell through the day in louisiana. Its part of a system thats moving into georgia this morning. Schools are closed in atlanta where its expected to feel like minus 2 today, and up to an inch and a half of snow is expected. Roads are dangerous in houston. The city was caked in ice following yesterdays severe weather. Schools there are closed for a second day in a row.
