Five injured taken to their location. the police department there in gilroy, california, their last update via their twitter account was about an hour ago. they re saying the scene is still active. the live pictures we have for you on the right-hand side and the pictures wave been watching from chopper cams there in california, it s around 8:00 p.m. we re about three hours into this incident. it happened around three hours ago. bottom of the hour 5:00 hour is when they re saying an active shooter took place. that was the report coming out of northern california. you can tell sunset is now upon them. that happened is happening officially within the last 15 minutes. and so the lights you see in the lower left-hand side of your screen, those are live pictures. law enforcement now still working on the ground shoulder to shoulder at least what we seesaw when there was light moving through the perimeter and the grounds of christmas hill ....
