Diamond Offshore Drilling has named a new president and CEO, and its board has elected a new chairman.
Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. reported Monday that it has named Bernie G. Wolford Jr. the company’s president and CEO.
Wolford succeeds Marc Edwards, who
recently retired from Diamond when it completed its Chapter 11 financial restructuring. Diamond noted that Wolford, who served as CEO of Pacific Drilling S.A. from November 2018 to April 2021, will also sit on its board of directors.
