Residents in fear as stray dogs invade Lugazi Town

Locals say the stray dogs move in a pack of 5-10 dogs and ask leaders to come to their rescue. Mr Herman Mukasa, a boda -boda rider in Lugazi Municipality said ‘‘stray dogs have become a menace to the public because they keep loitering around the town.’’
