Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused it to crash. Again, theres only one car involved. Investigators are still trying to piece it all together, but they do believe that speed may have been a factor. It appears the car lost control hitting a curb and then crashing into a large oak tree. This is an area where two lanes drop down to one and there is a curve. Police say the two children were under the ages of 15 years old and at least one was a student in the Pleasanton Unified School district. We heard from the district spokesperson today.
