The National Energy Foundation The National Energy Foundation is working alongside councils in Watford, Hertsmere, Three Rivers, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire to deliver local funding that will help residents make energy saving changes to help save money and improve warmth and wellbeing. The Green Homes Grants Local Authority Delivery scheme was set up by the Government in line with their plan for a decarbonised future and offers low-income owner occupiers up to £10,000 and landlords up to £5,000 to install measures such as insulation and low -carbon heating upgrades to improve the energy performance of homes.
