today students at monroe local schools are working to make sure violence doesn t come through their front doors. doors.this all started in response to the school shooting at nearby madison high school .9 oys timyka artist is live with more on what students are doing today. this is something that the folks here at monroe school district are passionate about. that s why they are doing their part to prevent another school shooting from happening here they put together this video to promote this special campaign. students who organized all of this spent days making fliers and posters to get the word out that they are standing behind madison..and encouraging their peers to stop the violence before it begins. it nearly three weeks ago that police say 14 yo james hancock opened fire inside the cafeteria at students and injuring two others. students here at monroe say what happened at madison can happen anywhere today they ll be holding a special program to launch this anti violence
