Former Sudburian competes for the title of Canada's best amateur baker

Article content A fifth generation Sudburian has been chosen out of 1,000 applicants to be one of 10 contestants on CBC’s 4th season of The Great Canadian Baking Show. Maggie Frith, a self-taught home baker who now lives in Toronto, will compete with ten bakers for the title of Canada’s Best Amateur Baker when the season airs on Feb. 14.
