The City of Sulphur Springs swears in two new officials. Nate Smith, the new City Attorney, and Natalie Darrow, the new City Secretary, received the officer's oath from outgoing City Secretary Gale Roberts. Roberts and outgoing City Attorney Jim McLeroy are retiring.
