Jury selection for a Pope Valley man accused of sexually abusing students at the rural Napa County school where he worked is scheduled to begin Monday.
Five telecommunications companies say Napa County overcharged taxes on their local properties for five years and want a total of about $1 million in refunds from the county, plus interest and other fees.
