Austin Carter speaks to Dr. Elise Kieffer, director of the Murray State University Nonprofit Leadership Studies program, about an upcoming monthly training program the department is offering for those currently working in or interested in working in the local nonprofit sector.
The Murray State University Nonprofit Leadership Studies (NLS) program will host the bi-annual fall and spring Nonprofit Connections event on Thursday, March 2 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the third floor Curris Center ballroom located on Murray State’s campus.
The Murray State University Nonprofit Leadership Studies program has presented the 2022 Giving Back Endowment Grant Award to the Playhouse in the Park in recognition of its long-term success in youth development across the community. The funds will be utilized to support The Penguin Project.
