We want to talk about the plan to create more jobs in the country. valerie garett is a top adviser to the president. she joins us for the first time. thank you for joining us. how are you. jenna: we are having a little bit of a delay. hopefully it won t affect us too much. what is the number one way the president is looking to gee eight jobs this year in this country? well the thing about jobs is there isn t a single way. the president has a multidimensional approach. we want to innovate, he s investing in research and development. educate our workforce, we are focus on making sure that people have the skills for the jobs of tomorrow and of course he wants to make absolutely sure that we are focus on areas like clean energy. those are the jobs of the future. we have to build our infrastructure when companies are deciding where they want to locate, they look at the quality of the infrastructure.
