A Mosman house left to the University of Sydney by alumnus Kathleen Laurence has been listed for AUD $8.5 million, ahead of its auction in early April.
Records show Kathleen Laurence purchased the 1950s-built house in 1957 for £9750, to which she added the adjoining block of bushland two years later for 10 shillings to create what is now an 1800 square metre parcel.
