Turns out Miata really does stand for ‘Miata Is Always The Answer’. He later said on Facebook that “despite all the Jeepers complaints, this part of the trail had two really tough obstacles for me, and the rest was just a little finesse.” You probably wouldn’t want to tackle much harder routes without four-wheel drive but the fact that the little Mazda got that far without any suspension modifications is mighty impressive.
