The right to abortion, as recognized by the Supreme Court in 1973 with decades of precedent reviewed over and over decades of jurisprudence. That right is effectively gone in our state of the union. It did not go into the 63 court with fanfare and coverage, instead it came with just total absence, silence, as the court failed to rule on a request to block the new law passed by Texas Republicans and signed by Governor Greg Abbott.
