The National Weather Service is predicting the first truly warm weekend of the year in Santa Barbara as well as notably gusty winds creating an increased risk of wildfires in the area.
Most roadways had been cleared by Monday morning, but Ortega Hill and Ortega Ridge roads remained closed as crews worked to remove debris and mud from the area.
