IPOH: Perak Umno Youth continues to pledge its full support for Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi as party president.
Perak Umno Youth chairman Mohd Ariff Abdul Majid said it was Zahid s prominent leadership and consistency that had helped the party remain strong.
Ariff also slammed those who issued statements demanding Zahid s resignation, saying the focus should be on helping the people in need during the current movement control order.
“We are currently in the movement control order and battling against Covid-19. The focus should be on helping those in need instead of aggravating something that does not contribute to the benefit of the people, ” he said Monday (Jan 25)
