New Lay Judge Appointed, Titanic, Toplik, Thaler and Tenders Cases Continue A new lay judge has been appointed that will replace the dismissed Mitko Sandev, due to which the cases Tenders, Thaler, Toplik returned from the start, but also the biggest case for election irregularities – Titanic.
