The Minnesota State Fair Police Department said a 43-year-old man reported being shot near the intersection of Chambers Street and Carnes Avenue on the state fairgrounds around 10:12 p.m. Saturday.
A 71-year-old Minneapolis man collapsed in cardiac arrest while attending the fair. Officers were able to revive the man before he was transported to an area hospital.
