When customers at restaurants and coffee shops feel like spreading cheer in their community, they sometimes decide to pay their own tabs and cover the next customer’s order, too.
Rugby’s Aspen Heisler, who already earned a “Kids with Character” award at Ely Elementary School as a third grader three years ago, decided to spread some cheer of his own at one of his favorite businesses, Solid Ground Coffee in Rugby.

Huawei has failed to secure the registration of ‘Mind Studio’ as a trademark in the UK, according to a decision delivered by the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO) on January 11.
The Chinese technology company applied to register ‘Mind Studio’ as a trademark in October 2019.
Huawei wanted the applied-for mark to cover a range of goods and services in class 9 and class 42, including software development tools, computer software platforms for mobile devices, computer software management services, and the development of software applications.
Technology education company Minds Studio filed an opposition to the applied-for mark, citing its existing European Union trademark (EUTM) for ‘Minds Studio’. The mark (EUTM number 18,018,249), registered in May 2019, covers goods and services in class 41 and class 42.
