jessica rae: we begin this morning with a story out of sioux city, north high school s former band director is facing felony charges. 34 year old lucas sursely who resigned from his position last week was arrested for sexual exploitation by a school employee. while in police custody, sursely admitted to sending a lewd photo to a student. according to court documents, sursely told police after his arrest he was texting a 15 year old female student about having sex with him. the 34-year-old submitted his resignion to the school one week ago, and parents were notified about the matter in a meeting on monday. a press conference was held yesterday afternoon, where school administrators from the district spoke on the and although the superintendent on the the circumstances surrounding the arrest, doctor paul to make it very clear they re doing everything to resolve the situation. i assure the community that we take matters of this naturereery seririsly. this is the work that w
