through the railways, what we call the rail lines. the fact that ukrainian forces were also using the rail lines is an issue. i think the ukrainian government has to look at the line of civilian refugees leaving and military supplies and troop movement going in there. there s still no excuse for what russia s done in this illegal horror. josh, i m curious. as the days go on, we re seeing more and more evidence of potential war crimes. i think it s hard to make the case that targeting the railway station is a step toward some kind of military accomplishment and achievement and a military agenda. from your perspective, why isn t more of the world condemning this, countries like israel or india that are kind of straddling both sides of this conflict. well, boris, that s a really important question. the russian foreign ministry actually admitted that the
