A suspect already facing one count of capital murder in connection to a shooting on Highway 64 East in Conway on Dec. 20, 2023, will now face a second count
A man arrested in a Faulkner County shooting on Wednesday faces an upgraded charge of capital murder after the victim died Thursday, the sheriff s office said.
Sheriffs said Pafford Medical Services transported the victim, and an investigation is underway. No additional details are being released at this time.
