Caitlin Felsman, co-director of Opera on Tap Boston, had a pandemic problem. So did her husband, Mike Pfitzer, music director for First Parish Church of Stow & Acton. Frankly, so did just about every organization in 2020.
“At the start of the pandemic, we both were feeling the enormous loss of in-person rehearsal and performance,” said Felsman. “We tend to brainstorm together when we re standing around the kitchen or sitting at the dinner table. I was trying to find ways to keep OOT singers working. Mike was trying to figure out how to keep a choir rehearsing on Zoom. And it just made sense to see if we could work together on a solution.”
