reporter: flooding is still the major concern in this area, and all along the east coast and we are also in a tornado watch right now, officials are asking people to stay inside until the storm passes, because even though right now the radar is showing that the storm is weakening, elsa is unpredictable. she can t seem to let it go right now. and major, this is still a threat to a lot of communities. garrett: in heavy weather, mireya villarreal we thank you. let s get the latest on the forecast from cbs lonnie quinn, good evening. reporter: good evening, major. you heard mireya use the word unpredictable, i think that is the moniker of this storm. take a look: the radar picture, you see where the center of circulation is. somewhere in around the florida georgia line, inland quite a bit, but it is lopsided. the heavy rain is on the eastern half of the storm. i believe that will change. it is currently weakening, i believe that will change as well. winds are at 45 miles-per-hour
