(TOMS RIVER, NJ) In honor of Juneteenth, the Ocean County Library will present a live program by Michelle Washington Wilson, “When the Cavalry Came to Call: A Juneteenth Presentation.” It will take place at the Toms River Branch on Wednesday, June 15 at 6:00pm, and at the Little Egg Harbor Branch on Tuesday, June 21 at 7:00pm.
