High Schools: D-III track championship delayed by weather with just 2 events left   Kearsarge s Berhan Kidane competes at the 2021 Division III boys track & field championships on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at Gilford High School. Kearsarge trailed Newport by four points when the meet was suspended after 16 of 18 events due to thunderstorms. The final two events, triple jump and high jump, will be completed on Saturday. Kidane is one of three competitors left in the high jump and is also still competing in the triple jump, as is Newport’s Marius Edwards. Kidane did finish third in the long jump.
