Construction To Start This Week On New Mexico Museum Of Art Vladem Contemporary In Santa Fe’s Railyard District NMMOA News: The New Mexico Museum of Art (NMMOA) and the Museum of New Mexico Foundation have announced that construction work will begin this week on the New Mexico Museum of Art Vladem Contemporary on the site of the Halpin Building in the Railyard District in Santa Fe. This moves the museum one step closer to the vision of a dedicated space for contemporary art to complement the historic 1917 building on the Santa Fe Plaza. Bradbury Stamm Construction of Albuquerque was selected Jan. 25 as the general contractor for the NMMOA Vladem Contemporary. The $14.1 million construction project is expected to be completed in 14 months.
