Assistant secretary for health told our committee that there will be 40 to 50 million diagnostic tests available per month by september. Thats four to five times the number of todays tests and todays number in the United States is twice as many as any other country. And dr. Francis collins who led the human genome project and leads the National Institutes of health, leads a shark tank enterprise at the nih to discover new ways to create tens of millions of quick and accurate and inexpensive diagnostic tests.
