Please come up to the podium. A couple of weeks ago as many of you read about in the press we lost a member of our city and our community mitzi Rene Campbell to an act of violence and we want to honor her lifes work dedicated to her family and loved ones. She was a grandmother and a mother and one of those special people who could make anyone smile or laugh and simply spread joy wherever she went. Mitzi loved to have fun and loved to dance while she worked and fillet fill, a room with joy and laughter. Mitzi was one of the many workers that was part of helping to make San Francisco stronger. She was a proud member of laborer 261 and theres a go fund me account that has been created in her memory and funds will go to the family to be used for burial expenses and its important that we remember to give back to the very family that she was here to support and i did want to recogniz ....
