Elements of this hearing. I believe that there needs to be more time for not just the board but to review such things. Also the transportation aspect of this. The transportation aspect, 20 million is a drop in the bucket compared to the impact that its going to be had by this development. Unless the housing to jobs ratio is one to one, you can expect that people will be coming from relative distance other parts of the city and bay area to this location.
