Importantly, the program supports Clemenger BBDO Melbourne Group’s diversity and inclusion strategy by creating a pathway for talent from a myriad of diverse backgrounds. This year’s program received over 250 applications, with the application process using AI to evaluate graduate skills across numeracy, comprehension and scenario planning and then focused on a demonstration of their entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to creativity via a video submission.
