Widmyer, who turned 60 this year, won his first term in 2013 by easily defeating Mary Souza. Four years later, he wasn t even opposed.

COEUR D ALENE, Idaho Mayor Steve Widmyer isn’t prone to overstatement.
A rabid baseball fan, Widmyer also tossed a Yogi Berra quote out on the table at one of the businesses he owns, Fort Ground Grill: “When you come to a fork in the road, take it.”
