At the serena inn they were notified earlier this week on tuesday that at noon today right now, the city would be shutting off power and water. And in the past few minutes weve seen some police officers, fire trucks, even the citys chief building inspector arrive. Some unmarked units people with badges getting out. Over here you are able to see some of the cars that people are loading up. Some other last folks to leave. Self other people here told us theyre mainly concerned for th that a lot of them are here because they have nowhere else to live. They cant ford anything else. People say that some of them will be staying in their cars but some dont have cars. Theyre hoping for some help trying to find shelter for the night. Get them through the weekend.
