Cracks in the support systems on the regional will rail lines, back in the summer, this is market frankford line which is one of the two of septas biggest work horses, of course, market frankford and subway bring everybody into downtown. So yesterday, as a precaution, septa pulled 40 of the cars out of service, normal regular rush hour, runs with 144 cars and those cars, obviously back and forth, back and forth between 69th street and Frankford Transportation Center.
