Each agency conducted a search of the defendant and at this point, its unknown when, where the weapon came into the defendants possession. This incident is under investigation. Our sources say that gun found on isaiah was loaded. This is Bruce Johnson reporting from the d. C. Superior courthouse. And the Marshall Service said the prisoner was never in the custody of the d.
