this morning on the kron4 morning news fire and the delta force is people from kimball island . that there still burning this morning. we have the latest. we began with the latest from the delta. firefighters are still on scene this morning putting out hotspots from the fire on kim wahl island. the fire started yesterday afternoon around 230 and has burned three homes and over 40 a.. this is video from a helicopter partnership with abc seven news. heavy smoker the fire was seen from nearby antioch. the fire required air and water support from the u.s. coast guard and cal fire. crews from five different agencies from the area was called in to help. witnesses said the fire started at the boat ramp and spread from one end of the island to the other. officials said all 15 people who live on the island were evacuated safely. the only way to get to the island is by boat and firefighters say that is what made fighting this fire especially difficult. the fire and the delta co
