During the search of the vehicle, CCSO Deputies located a loaded handgun that appears to have been modified with a rapid-fire trigger activator (handgun switch), allowing the firearm to fire multiple projectiles with a single press of the trigger, commonly referred to as a “fully automatic firearm.”

Kyle Dylan Dishner, 30, of Mechanicsville, was sentenced Wednesday, June 21, 2023, to 20 years, suspend all but eight years of active incarceration in the Division of Corrections for his involvement with possession with intent to distribute 296 capsules of fentanyl. The capsules were analyzed by the Maryland State Police Forensic Sciences Division and tested positive for fentanyl and xylazine.
