A nonprofit organization helping families in need has extended its reach to the South Shore, beginning weekly distribution of boxes of food at the Daniel Webster VFW Hall in Marshfield.
The Massachusetts Military Support Foundation, working with the Marshfield Republican Town Committee and the Marshfield VFW, are distributing USDA Farmers to Families Food Boxes every Friday to any individuals who may need them.
“We are pleased to provide these USDA Farmers to Families Food Boxes to families living in Marshfield and surrounding communities, said Don Cox, president of the Massachusetts Military Support Foundation. These boxes are filled with fresh, nourishing foods that the entire family can enjoy.”
