Silver Alert issued for missing Chippewa County man January 2, 2021 12:41 PM Margarita Vinogradov Updated: FOREST, Wis. A Silver Alert has been issued for a Chippewa County man that went missing on Friday afternoon. The Wisconsin Crime Alert Network said 82-year-old Marshall Allen Warner was last seen in Forest, St. Croix County at 12:00 p.m. on Jan. 1 driving a maroon 2013 Chevrolet crew cab pickup truck with a broken passenger’s side mirror with Wisconsin Registration RX8337. Warner is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, has a grey short white beard and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans, black cowboy boots and possibly a blue button up shirt. Officials said he also has a “Mule Skinner” tattoo on forearm.
