Lisa and Jeff Mitchell are finding out firsthand how difficult it is to buy a home in North Texas.
They made an offer that was $70,000 over asking price on a Grand Prairie home sight unseen with just the webpage listing to go by.

He’s still not willing to give up.
“I’ve made seven or eight offers,” said Muff, who’s renting in Addison. “I keep missing out.
“I’m going to keep looking. I’m tired of living in an apartment.”
