Police say 28yearold Anthony Garber and Mark Alexander adams were last seen at the dining hall in lakewood, washington, last night. The pair may have escaped from a loose window in their room. Both suffer from mental illness. Garber was arrested in 2013 for murder one. And adams was arrested in relation to a 2013 Domestic Violence incident and assault.
