pictures from chopper 5. so i just got word this fire has now been upgraded to three alarms. it s not surprising. dramatic video coming in right now of all the smoke and flames shooting from the roof of that residential building there. this is across the street from fair oaks elementary schools. the exact address is 644 oak side avenue at the intersection of oak side and fair oaks west of 101, southwest. so fire broke out shortly after 5:00. at this point we don t know about injuries or a cause. but obviously they are doing some traffic control in that area. at least four fire trucks are on scene. streets are blocked off in the residential neighborhood. we have a couple of breaking news things going on. the other one involves caltrain. avoid it in the meantime. we are seeing major delays. actually a fatal caltrain accident. we have just confirmed that with officials that a person was killed on the tracks just north of the san bruno station. it was southbound train 102 that
