We are not factored in. [applause] for a vote, we are sending a message to washington, to our state legislators that we are going to hold elected officials accountable. Come the next election we will fire them again just like we hired them through our votes. One of the ways we can do this is by helping our community to understand the connection between elections and what happens in the everyday price. Washington d. C. Los angeles, almost 3,000 miles away there is sometimes a disconnect and when i am talking to Committee Members and talking about the vote, the impulse. They dont have time to vote.
